Two Types of Hyaluronic Acid: What’s the Difference?
The first, with medium molecular weight, works on the upper layers of the epidermis to provide immediate hydration and protect against external aggressors. It helps to plump up initial fine lines and wrinkles and combats dehydration.
The second, with low molecular weight, is so small that it penetrates deeper into the skin. It works directly within the deeper layers of the epidermis to deliver intense hydration and improve skin elasticity over the long term.
