What is the difference between a cream and a balm?
A balm is made with greasy ingredients: oils, butters, plant-based waxes. This mixture hardens but melts when hand-picked. A balm has a rich and greasy texture. A cream contains a mixture of water and oils. Two manufacturing stages are necessary to create a cream, while a balm only needs one stage! A cream has a lighter and less hydrating texture.
What is a balm?
A body balm is formulated with plant-based oils, butters or waxes. Our organic body balm contains nourishing and repairing actives, vitamins as well as antioxidants to bring nutrients and vitamins to the epidermis. With a body balm, your skin is deeply nourished and its hydrolipidic film is regenerated. Balms do not cause pore blockages and they deeply nourish the skin!
